1. Where can you find information relating to data processing?
MLSZ (Hungarian Football Federation) prepared this policy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter: GDPR or Regulation) with the specific purpose of making data processing operations transparent in an easily understandable way.
This policy contains the main information about the specific processing (legal ground, purpose of processing, scope, duration of the data processed and your rights) which supplements the document “General information on data processing” which explains your rights, how you can exercise them, the obligations concerning the security of personal data and the rules for the modification of the policy. Cookie data processing 

Cookies are small data files (hereinafter: ‘cookies’) that are transferred to your computer via the website by using the website, so that they are saved and stored by your Internet browser.

  • General tasks of cookies:
  • collect information about visitors and their assets;

    memorize the individual settings of the visitors, which can be used e.g. when using online transactions, so you don’t have to retype them;

  • facilitate the use of the website;

  • provide a quality user experience.

For customized service, places a small packet of data on the user's computer, called a cookie, and reads it back on a later visit. If the browser returns a previously saved cookie, the cookie provider has the option to link the user's current visit to the previous ones, but only for their own content.

The legal ground of processing ist he consent of the user under point a) of paragraph (1) of Article 6 of the Regulation.

8. Rights of the data subject

According to the Regulation, the data subjects have a number of rights (e.g. right of access to information, right to erasure or to be forgotten, right to restriction, right to withdraw consent, right to appeal to the supervisory authorities and the court) and the way how these rights can be exercised and legal bases in respect of which they can be exercised are set out in the document titled General Information on Data Processing.

The rights may be exercised by the legal representative of minors under the age of 16, and the rights of a minor above the age of 16 may be exercised by his legal representative.
